Location of Amar Vilas Agra
Amarvilas is only 600 metres from the Taj Mahal and can be accessed by rail or car from Delhi. The Agra Cantonment station is 9 km from the hotel or a 20-minute drive away. The Shatabdi Express takes just two hours to reach Delhi from Agra. By car, the best route to take is the Delhi-Agra highway (National Highway 2) via Mathura. The journey takes approximately 3 hours and there are petrol stations and restaurants along the way.

Sikandra is the tomb of Akbar, the famous Mughal emperor, located 4 kilometres from the hotel and is one of the most spectacular monuments in Agra. Fatehpur sikri is 38 kilometres from the hotel . This perfectly preserved ancient city blends the best of the Mughal and Rajput architecture. Keoladeo National Park is the one and half hours drive from Agra. This bird life sanctuary has one of the largest varieties of bird life in India .
